The Solution

Decision Core (Live)is a structured, digital pre-study module that:

👉Validates whether a climate project is ready for investment

👉Identifies risks before capital is committed

👉Translates complexity into a clear Go / No-Go decision

The book will be published on Amazon shortly.

We are now looking for 2–3 smaller external pilot cases to manually test the next phase of DC together with real projects.

Possible pilot areas include:

circular economy
waste management
clean cooking
local energy systems
social enterprises
NGO-led initiatives
climate adaptation projects
and operational readiness reviews

The purpose is not consultancy in the traditional sense.

The purpose is to test whether structured readiness analysis and decision support can improve the quality, realism and implementation potential of projects before larger financing processes begin.

The platform itself is still evolving.

But the problem it addresses is becoming increasingly visible.
